How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Gatesseries Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Gatesseries Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Gatesseries Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@gatesseries.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
